What you can ask it to do

You don’t pick tools or actions — you just say what you need, and the assistant does it in Rezdy. This page lists every job it can do, grouped the way Claude groups them.

Adding a new product? Just say “Create a new product…” The assistant uses the Managing tour products tool — its “add a new product” job is how a listing goes in. There’s no separate “load” or “upload product” step; create is the upload. Remember a new product isn’t bookable until it has sessions (see the next tool) — the assistant can add those in the same conversation.

The names below are exactly what you’ll see in Claude’s Tool permissions list. Each one is a group of related jobs — you approve the group once, and the assistant picks the right job for what you asked.

Create, edit and organise the tours and experiences you sell.

The dates and times a product can be booked. A new product isn’t bookable until it has sessions.
